You can order a maintenance contract on-line now, just fill in the equipment you would like covered and we will give you a fixed price per month for the service including free remote changes.
With over twenty two years of experience in the field, our team are trained to follow a diagnostic process and we will quickly focus on whether the problem is related to the telephone, cabling, system line or call.
We can then call on the expertise of the relevant engineer, all with a single phone call.
A major cost saving benefit to all of our maintenance contracts is that they include free remote programming so that all those occasional tweaks in how your phones ring or who is in the group, can be requested within 48 hours, free of charge.
If your service should completely fail we have several instant measures to restore your ability to trade 24 hours a day 356 days a year including bank holidays:
- 1) Instant diversion to another single telephone number (24 hours a day seven days a week including bank holidays and Christmas)
- 2) Within hours we can have your calls diverted across to up to six independent mobile phones of your choice to keep the calls coming in.
- 3) The nearest engineer will "drop everything" to respond if your system is completely down. (Relevant service level agreement required standard service is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm excluding bank holidays).
